In the August Edition 2007 Mens Fitness Magazine Tiger Wood’s reveals his fitness workout program.
Tiger Woods is generally in a lot better shape than other golfers. Along with his mental game he’s also a true athlete.
Tiger wanted to gain some lean mass and his program aims to cater to that. It involves a lot of stretching - 40 minutes per session and a mix of other fitness modalities including, 7 mile distance runs, core exercises, sprint runs, and weight training.
It’s debatable as to how valuable 7 mile runs would be for golfing fitness. It certainly would make it more difficult to gain weight.
